How do I purchase tickets for an event?
Tickets are available online via the Calendar, and in person or by phone through our Box Office Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm 661.324.1369.
Do I need a negative test or vaccination card to enter?
Visit an event’s listing in our Calendar for more information on each specific event’s protocols to enter. More information is also available in our Venue Policies page.

Americans With Disabilities Act Accommodations?
To purchase wheelchair accessible seating, request an assistive hearing device or any other accommodations call the Fox Theater Box office at 661.324.1369, or visit the Box Office in person during business hours. ADA accessible seating is located in Orchestra Right and Left Row 30. Assistive hearing devices are wireless and do not require special seating.
Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?
Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased on the day of the event. You may purchase them in person at the Box Office. The Fox Theater Box Office is open 2 hours prior to each event start time.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, everyone requires a ticket regardless of age. For certain events, children under two can sit on the lap of an accompanying adult ticket holder. To inquire about this policy on specific shows, please email info@thebakersfieldfox.com.
Can anyone regardless of age attend a show at The Fox Theater?
The Fox Theater is typically an all ages theater, but some shows do specify an age requirement. Please check the event listing in the Calendar or email info@thebakersfieldfox.com. Please note that some shows may be more suitable than others for children and are up to parental discretion.
What is a pre-sale? How do I participate?
Pre-sales are by invitation only via email and are usually offered by fan clubs or radio stations. The Fox Theater occasionally offers pre-sales to our mailing list members. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive these pre-sale notices by entering your email at the bottom of the page.
When can I pick up my Will Call tickets?
Will Call tickets can usually be picked up 2 hours prior to the show at the Box Office or during Box Office normal business hours. Be sure to bring photo ID and/or your ticket confirmation, as these may be required for ticket pick up.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

All tickets are sold on a no refund, exchange, or cancellation basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.
How can I meet the band?
The Fox Theater does not offer backstage access, meet and greet passes. Occasionally, a radio station or fan club may offer a meet and greet, but The Fox Theater has no access to these passes.
When do the doors open for a show?
The doors typically open one hour prior to show time, although this may vary from show to show. Please refer to the calendar for the most up-to-date information.
What can I bring to the show?
For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not bring in the following items: weapons, aerosol cans (hair spray, mace, pepper spray, etc.), outside food & beverage, pocket knives (with a blade longer than 2 inches), utility tools, laser light pointers, bottles, cans, large bags and coolers. Professional cameras or recording devices are not allowed. The Fox Theater is a non-smoking facility.
Does The Fox Theater serve food?
Yes, food including popcorn, candy, soda and other items are available at The Fox Theater concession stand in the lobby. There also are a number of restaurants near The Fox Theater. Where can I park near The Fox Theater?
In addition to street parking all around The Fox, there also are several outdoor parking lots nearby including one directly behind the theater on G Street.
Is there Handicap parking available near The Fox Theater?
Yes. Handicap parking is located on the south side of The Fox Theater on 20th Street. If there are no spaces available on 20th, patrons can unload passengers in front of The Fox Theater on the terrazzo or find additional Handicap parking spaces near the theater.
Where are the Restrooms located in The Fox Theater?
Restrooms are located in the upper lobby of The Fox Theater with an ADA accessible restroom available in the lower lobby.
Are there any hotels near The Fox Theater?
There are several hotels located near the theater.
Where is lost and found?
While at a performance, please ask any lobby staff member or the Front of House Manager for assistance. If you realize you lost an item after leaving the theater, please email us at info@thebakersfieldfox.com or give us a call at 661.324.1369 and we will be happy to assist you.
